I have been involved in cooking for 22 years, 18 of them professionally, I graduated from le monde in Athens in 2009 and since then I have worked in restaurants and hotels in several cities in Greece and abroad.

From award-winning restaurants in the Netherlands to luxurious hotels in Switzerland and Greece, I have always been looking to find new flavors and textures and how to combine them.

I have attended several seminars on food hygiene and safety, aging and smoking of meat and fish.

My goal is to create dishes with character, balance and identity, constantly evolving my style and adapting to demanding environments of high standards.
